Set in a restored colonial home, Oaxaca's Hotel Azucenas (ah-zoo-SAY-nahs) is named for a wild lily that grows in the hills surrounding the city. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in one of the most traditional and charming corners of the city, in walking distance from the lively central square. With rooms wrapped around a sun-filled interior courtyard and a roof top terrace garden and cafe bar, it boasts both privacy and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and city. Hotel Azucenas has ten rooms, each with a private bath.
