Rooms & Rates...
Set in a restored colonial home, Oaxaca's Hotel Azucenas (ah-zoo-SAY-nahs)
is named for a wild lily that grows in the hills surrounding the
city. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in one of the most
traditional and charming corners of the city, in walking distance
from the lively
central square. With rooms wrapped around a sun-filled interior
courtyard and a roof top terrace garden and cafe bar,
it boasts both privacy and spectacular views of the surrounding
mountains and city. Hotel Azucenas has ten rooms, each with
a private bath.

Here's what our guests are saying about us...
- "...this one feels like family, home, good friends, a place
to rest from the busy city... the gracious hosts are a delightful
combination of 'get to know you and your needs' and 'leave you
alone'..." - Mary Jane Miller & Valentin Gomez, Abingdon, Virginia
- "Azucenas is a great new European-style hotel in a wonderfully
restored colonial Oaxaca house. The roof garden is a fresh oasis
that soothes the traveler with a 300-degree view of the old city
and the surrounding mountains, one of which is topped by Monte
Alban." - Rod Slemmons, University of Washington
- "Thank you for all the wonderful memories we had of staying
with you guys" - Carol Lyons, Portland, Oregon
